Founded as a two-person team with a technical co-founder. Owned product definition, UX, pricing, direct sales and account management. 10+ B2B live customers in Munich, acquired through direct sales. Independently implemented the website and individual solution components. Integrated an MCP server exposing the SaaS as agent tools, enabling full menu, design and app setup through Claude. Currently validating whether unit economics support further scaling.
User research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing for an AI, mobile-first image recognition app — diagnosing plant disease with confidence scores and prevention recommendations for smallholder farmers. Capstone project of the TechLabs UX Design Track (EU co-financed).
Built complete websites for small businesses with Claude Code, handled SEO, and set up Google & Yandex Business profiles and website analytics. End-to-end — from briefing to going live.
